Guardian Adjusters and Appraisers was established in 1980 and was owned and operated by William’s father, Donald Hyde. William joined his father in 2003 as co-owner and Vice-President, obtaining his Property and Casualty Claims Adjusting license in the same year. In 2006, William, along with his wife, Menita Hyde, acquired full ownership and William became the President of the company. William and Menita are hands-on owners and manage all personnel and operational aspects of the business. With over twenty years of experience, William is very knowledgeable in all aspects of property claims adjusting. He is proficient in handling property losses ranging from several hundred dollars to catastrophic losses, including but not limited to hail, wind, water, fire, theft and vandalism. William works directly with the insured and all involved parties, making every effort to answer any questions and concerns regarding the claim. Providing hands on and efficient service allows clients time to focus on necessary tasks, rather than frequent calls and emails. William offers exceptional service and will exceed the expectations of his clients.

Zac joined Guardian Adjusters and Appraisers in 2010. With over fourteen years of experience, Zac is very knowledgeable in all aspects of property claims adjusting. Zac is proficient in handling all types of property losses, ranging from several hundred dollars to catastrophic. Zac works directly with all parties, offering open communication to ensure any questions or concerns are answered in a timely manner. This allows the client to focus on their own tasks rather than receiving excessive emails and phone calls. In 2020, Zac was promoted to General Manager where he handles all aspects of managing our exceptional team of adjusters. In addition to being an excellent role model for our team, Zac contributes greatly to the everyday executive decisions of our growing company. Zac offers exceptional service and strives to meet every need of both the client and the insured.
